Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Store and the user regarding the use of the official website and reservation system (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by Eco Jardin Jamsil Lotte Tower Branch (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

1. "Service" refers to hair treatments, scalp spa services, and related information provision services provided by the store.

2. "User" refers to a customer who accesses this Service and receives the services provided by the Store in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Article 3 (Use of Reservation System)

1. The store integrates with platforms such as the Fresha reservation system to provide seamless service.

2. Users must enter their accurate name, contact information, and treatment details when making a reservation; service usage may be restricted if false information is entered.

Article 4 (Reservation Cancellation and No-Show Policy)

The store operates the following cancellation policy to maintain the quality of premium services and protect the reservation rights of other customers.

1. Reservation cancellation and changes: Available up to [24 hours] from the reservation time.

2. No-Show and Same-Day Cancellation: Failure to visit without prior notice or sudden same-day cancellation may result in restrictions on future store usage, and any deposits may not be refunded.

3. Late Arrival: If you are more than [15 minutes] late for your appointment, your treatment may be rescheduled or cancelled for the next scheduled customer.

Article 5 (Parking and Location Information)

1. The store is located on the 1st basement floor of Lotte World Tower, 300 Olympic-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul.

2. Parking fees may apply in accordance with Lotte World Tower parking regulations, and parking policies follow Lotte World Tower's operational guidelines. (Parking support for customers receiving treatments is subject to change depending on store conditions.)

Article 6 (Provision and Suspension of Services)

1. The store is open year-round in principle; however, service usage may be restricted due to unavoidable circumstances, such as Lotte World Tower's regular closing days or facility maintenance.

2. The store may change the details of the service if necessary, and in such cases, notice will be given in advance through the website.

Article 7 (Obligations of Users)

1. Users must accurately inform the assigned designer of their scalp condition, presence of allergies, and past treatment history before the procedure. The salon cannot be held responsible for any problems arising from failure to disclose this information.

2. Users must observe public order within the store, and behavior that disturbs other customers may be restricted.

Article 8 (Exemption Clause)

1. The store shall not be liable for damages caused by reasons beyond the store's control, such as natural disasters or defects in Lotte World Tower facilities.

2. The user shall bear sole responsibility for any damages arising from a violation of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
