Personalized Scalp Diagnosis : We thoroughly analyze your scalp condition using a professional smart mirror during scalp treatments.
Even if you do not get scalp treatments, please consider consulting with a designer. If the designer has the time, they can assist with a free diagnosis.
(However, please do not be offended if it is not possible when I am busy.)
Please do not wash your hair: Please do not wash your hair before coming to the salon. We recommend coming as is, especially for the scalp spa, to accurately check your scalp condition.
Use of Natural Ingredients : For most of our treatments, we protect the hair and scalp with non-irritating, natural products.
Free Cancellation/Change [ecojardin website]: Deposit refundable up to 24 hours before the reservation date
(Note: If using PayPal, the 5% PayPal fee is automatically deducted.)
The deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation date.
Meticulous care by experts : Experienced hair artists and hair staff work as a team to provide personalized care.
Home Care Explanation: For certain procedures, we provide treatment recommendations, home care methods, and product explanations to ensure accurate treatment for our customers.
We absolutely do not force you to purchase home care products. Please listen to the explanation, and if you do not need them, please politely decline. Since our designers are Korean, if you feel there is any pressure during communication, please understand that this is due to our limited language skills.
Unlimited Drink Service: The store offers unlimited free drinks and light snacks, so please feel free to request them at any time. (Please request again if you change treatment locations, as the drinks may need to be cleaned.)
Designer Rank Integrated Rate Plan: To rationalize pricing for international customers, we are applying a Designer Rank Integrated Rate Plan, replacing the existing tiered rates based on designer rank that were previously applied to Korean clients.
Example) Rates by rank: Haircut 40,000 KRW ~ 75,000 KRW
Combined fee: Haircut 50,000 won
Important Note for Offline Card Payments: Offline card payments at the salon are accepted only in Korean Won. (Korean rates include tax.)
Basic skills included in hair treatments:
- The haircut includes a hair wash and a quick blow-dry.
- The hair perm includes a haircut and a simple blow-dry.
Carrier storage available:
- You can store your carrier during your treatment or while shopping at the mall.
- Please make a reservation for luggage storage in advance via WhatsApp. We may not be able to store more than 5 suitcases.
- If you do not have a reserved luggage storage, you can store it at any time.
Important Note for Website Reservations: When booking on the Eco Jardin website, prices are displayed in US dollars to help you understand the deposit payment and pricing. However, actual payments at the store will be processed in Korean Won.
- Reservation confirmed upon deposit payment: Currently, deposits are paid via PayPal Dollars.
The deposit is intended to prevent no-shows and will be deducted from the final payment at the salon.
Example) Haircut fee 50,000 won - Deposit 30,000 won = Final payment amount 20,000 won

Online Booking Platforms: You can make reservations through many platforms, including the Eco Jardin Jamsil website, Klook, Creatrip, KKDAY, Seoul Beautip Global, and Fresha.
Important Notes on Wave Perms: Due to hair characteristics, the waves may loosen within 1 to 2 days on some clients. At our Jamsil branch, if your perm loosens, we offer a "Repair Perm" if you visit within 7 days. Please make a reservation via WhatsApp or Instagram DM before visiting.
