Cancellation & Refund Policy

​Thank you for choosing Eco Jardin Jamsil Lotte Tower. To ensure the highest quality of service for all our guests, we operate under the following reservation policy:

1. Cancellations up to 24 hours in advance: The deposit will be refunded minus a 5% payment platform (PayPal) processing fee.

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Deposits are strictly non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time or for failure to arrive without prior notice (No-show).

3. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened or treated as a no-show out of respect for the next client's schedu
